Requirements :
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as an HR Manager.
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or a related field.
Strong understanding of Human Resource Management for both office (back - office) employees and factory operational staff.
Solid knowledge of Labor Law, Industrial Relations, Payroll Systems, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/HSE) regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Able to develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance evaluations systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (Human Resourse Information System).
Residing in Tangerang.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with company objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee evaluations.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, payroll, and Occupational Health & Safety (K3/HSE) regulations.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Maintain and optimize HRIS and employee records.
Partner with management to improve organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
Lead and mentor the HR team while supporting both office and factory operations.
