Job Description :
Review merchant onboarding documents for completeness and accuracy.
Follow up on missing, expired, or incomplete documents.
Verify merchant information, including company, bank, and business details.
Perform routine screening and basic due diligence based on company guidelines.
Prepare onboarding and periodic review checklists for approval.
Monitor chargebacks, refunds, disputes, and complaints, and escalate unusual findings.
Maintain merchant records, trackers, and review schedules.
Support reporting and other administrative tasks related to merchant onboarding.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Law, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Experience in merchant onboarding, KYC, payments, banking, or fintech is a plus, but not required.
