We are currently conducting a confidential recruitment process on behalf of a private executive family seeking a dedicated childcare professional who can provide warm, safe, educational, and professional support for a young child.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Professional Nanny with experience in early childhood care and development. The ideal candidate will be capable of creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports a child's growth and well-being. This position requires a patient, emotionally stable, and highly trustworthy individual who respects family privacy and can work closely under parental guidance while adhering to established standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Childcare & Daily Supervision
Provide attentive care and supervision throughout the child’s daily activities.
Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and overall well-being at all times.
Support the development of positive and consistent daily routines.
Maintain a safe and organized environment for play and learning activities.
2. Learning & Development Support
Engage the child in age-appropriate educational and developmental activities.
Read books, facilitate creative play, and provide light learning stimulation.
Support the child’s social, emotional, language, and independence development.
Apply positive guidance techniques and gentle discipline approaches.
3. Child Engagement & Activity Planning
Plan and implement activities suitable for the child’s age and developmental stage.
Encourage active play and reduce reliance on electronic devices through engaging activities.
Foster curiosity, creativity, and learning through safe and meaningful experiences.
Adapt activities to the child's interests, needs, and developmental goals.
4. Communication & Family Support
Maintain professional communication with parents regarding the child’s daily activities and development.
Follow parental instructions regarding routines, parenting approaches, and specific child-related needs.
Refrain from making decisions related to health, nutrition, travel, or external activities without parental approval.
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while supporting the family.
5. Safety & Wellbeing
Actively supervise the child during both indoor and outdoor activities.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of child safety practices and safeguarding principles.
Respond appropriately to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
Report significant incidents, concerns, or observations promptly to the parents or designated representative.
6. Professional Conduct & Privacy
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all family and household matters.
Refrain from sharing family information, photographs, videos, or activities with third parties or on social media.
Limit personal mobile phone use during working hours.
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, courtesy, and integrity at all times.
7. SOP Compliance
Comply with all childcare, safety, privacy, and household procedures.
Participate in briefings, evaluations, probation reviews, and training sessions as required.
Perform duties according to the family's expectations and established quality standards.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following roles:
Professional Nanny
Early Childhood Teacher
Teaching Assistant
Preschool Teacher
Daycare Educator
Montessori Assistant
Governess
Child Companion
Family Assistant supporting expatriate or professional families
Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate stimulation activities.
Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
Experience working in bilingual environments is an advantage.
Childcare, Early Childhood Education, First Aid, or related certifications are highly desirable.
Basic to intermediate English communication skills are preferred.

Mandatory Documents & Verification Requirements
Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide:
Valid National Identity Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK).
Valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
Updated CV with complete employment history.
Contact details of at least two former employers or supervisors available for direct reference checks.
Medical Fitness Certificate.
Drug Test Certificate issued by a healthcare provider or clinic approved by HR.
Childcare, Early Childhood Education, First Aid, or related certificates (if available).
Emergency contact information.
Written consent for Reference Checks and Background Checks.
Declaration confirming no history of verbal or physical abuse toward children.
Written agreement to comply with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), probation period requirements, family privacy policies, and social media restrictions related to family matters.
