?Job Responsibilities?
1. Server Hardware Maintenance
Perform server hardware troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and component replacement.
Replace failed components including motherboards, RAM, HDD/SSD, RAID cards, power supply units (PSU), fans, and backplanes.
Conduct preventive maintenance for hardware and software healthy checks.
2. Server Racking & Cabling
Rack, unrack, and relocate servers and network devices.
Manage structured cabling (fiber, copper, power cables) to ensure neat and standard-compliant layout.
3. Fault Response and report document
Respond to hardware alarms and tickets in a timely manner (SLA-based).
Perform on-site emergency repairs when required.
Document root cause analysis (RCA) and repair records.
4. Asset & Spare Parts Management
Keep the retrieved spare parts safe. and record the replacement detail.
Return the corresponding bad part to warehouse and Update asset management systems (SPO).
5. System administration
fill-up the replacement and trouble-shooting detail in ticket system. maintenance report and Update asset management systems.
6. OS-Level Basic Support
Perform basic OS installation (Linux/Windows) for hardware testing purposes.
Execute diagnostic commands to identify hardware faults.
?Requirement?
1. over 1 year data center experience, and understand the basic principles and red line inside Data Hall.
2. Strong knowledge of Windows OS ,rehat and Linux operating systems command line troubleshooting. (IPMI, stress test, fieldiag test, GPU test and etc)
3. Experience providing remote support using remote access tools.
4. Experience troubleshooting server hardware and physical infrastructure issues within production environments.
5. Strong troubleshooting and fault isolation skills across hardware, infrastructure, connectivity, and operational processes
6. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
