Safety Management: Enforce strict occupational health and safety (K3) procedures on the shop floor, ensure absolute adherence to PPE usage, and proactively mitigate workplace hazards to achieve zero accidents.
Quality Control: Supervise the assembly process to maintain full compliance with Work Instructions (WI) and IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards. Lead prompt investigations and implement corrective actions for any quality issues or defects.
Delivery & Output Achievement: Plan daily production schedules, manage manpower allocation plans, perform line balancing, and monitor line speed to meet output targets timely and efficiently.
Cost & Machine Efficiency: Analyze and maximize production line efficiency through Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics, drive waste reduction initiatives, and effectively control operational costs.
People Development: Lead, motivate, and periodically evaluate the performance of Line Leaders and Operators. Establish competency development goals and training matrices for team members.
Continuous Improvement: Cultivate an active continuous improvement mindset within the team using 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, 8D Report, etc.).
Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare daily/weekly production performance reports for the Production Manager and maintain seamless cross-functional alignment with QA/QC, PPIC, Maintenance, and Logistics.
