Job Descriptions:
Conducts incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications
Tests incoming raw materials and maintains Certificates of Analysis (COA) from suppliers
Performs inpections using appropriate measuring and inspection equipment
Maintains accurate inspection records, reports, and all required quality documentation
Ensures all measuring and inspection equipment is properly maintained
Identifies, records, and reports non-conforming materials or products, and coordinates with rele departments for corrective actions
Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintains departmental housekeeping standards
Completes and sends documentation to customers (i.e. COA)
Performs other quality inspection duties as assigned
Requirements :
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry
Minimum 2 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or Chemical Manufacturing Quality (fresh graduates are welcome if specified)
Knowledge of incoming, in-process, and final product inspection procedures
Familiar with inspection of chemical product (water content, viscosity, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Willing to work on a shift schedule
Fluency in English (advantage)
Regular placement will be Karawang
