We are looking for an experienced and visionary educational leader to join our team as Primary School Head, with a strong understanding of international curriculum implementation and a passion for developing high-quality learning environments for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the academic and operational management of the Primary School.
- Ensure effective implementation of an international curriculum framework aligned with global standards and best practices.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop teachers to deliver engaging, student-centered learning.
- Monitor teaching quality, assessment systems, and student achievement to ensure continuous improvement.
- Promote a positive school culture that supports holistic student development.
- Collaborate with Admissions and School Management to support school growth and positioning.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and the school community.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies, accreditation expectations, and school standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a primary or international school setting.
- Strong knowledge of international curriculum (such as Cambridge, IB, or other globally recognized frameworks).
- Proven ability to lead academic programs, coach teachers, and drive school improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Able to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
