Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities to ensure operations run according to production plans, SOPs, and company targets.
Monitor process efficiency, raw material utilization, production yield, and overall operational performance.
Identify, investigate, and follow up on process or product non-conformities, including implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and present periodic production and quality reports.
Ensure product quality complies with company standards, HACCP requirements, and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished products.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of:
Process Improvement
Data Analysis & Problem Solving
Basic Cost Analysis & Productivity Improvement
Advanced Microsoft Excel or other analytical tools
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-oriented environment.
