Our client is an Automotive company. Currently, they are looking for Supply Chain Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead PPIC and Warehouse operations to achieve production, inventory, delivery, quality, and cost targets.
Plan production and inventory to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.
Manage inventory, warehouse activities, and material flow to maintain stock accuracy.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, suppliers, and logistics to ensure material availability.
Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, and cost reduction initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and operational performance, and implement improvements when needed.
Lead, coach, and develop the PPIC and Warehouse team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Proficient in Business English.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a PPIC & Warehouse Manager in the automotive industry, with ERP, PPIC, Warehouse, Logistics, Kaizen, and cost reduction experience.
Good understanding of production planning, inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
