As a Project Manager at CV. IO MEGA PERKASA, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, coordinating with various departments and external stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients. You will also play a crucial role in the design and construction phases, leveraging your mechanical, engineering, and project management expertise to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Additionally, you will be involved in the maintenance and service of existing properties and facilities, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of our clients and guests.

We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree and have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, project planning, and coordination skills, as well as proficiency inlDRAW. Proficiency in English language and civil engineering is essential, and knowledge of 3D modeling tools like 3D Max or similar software would be advantageous. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical. We value a candidate who can bring innovative ideas and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
