Description
- Food Preparation: Complete preparation of dough and batter mixes based on standard operating procedures.
- Production & Quality: Execute daily production plans to deliver high-quality baked goods and superior service.
- Maintenance & Cleanliness: Clean and maintain baking equipment, display cases, bread racks, and work areas.
- Inventory & Stock: Monitor and count stocks, manage supply inventory, and reorder items before depletion. Rotate near-expiry items with fresh baked goods.
