Job Description :
Profile Presentation: Present the company and its services to property owners, developers, and brokers to secure property listings.
Find Listings: Actively source new property listings (villas, apartments, land, etc.) for sale and/or rent through online and offline channels.
Administrative Tasks: Register listings in the database, ensure data accuracy, complete documentation, and obtain signed listing agreements before publication.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or video calls with property owners, developers, or internal listing teams.
Performance Metrics: Achieve assigned KPIs related to listing acquisition, creation, and follow-up.
Market Valuation: Improve presentation, negotiation, and valuation skills through market research and trend analysis.
Listing Publication Management: Notify owners upon listing publication and confirm the accuracy of published information.
Listing Marketing Reporting & Communication: Prepare listing marketing reports and communicate updates or changes to relevant teams.
Job Qualifications :
Willing to be placed in Ubud.
Confident and comfortable communicating with property owners and partners.
Able to communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage listings accurately.
Basic knowledge of property or real estate is an advantage.
Able to work independently and meet assigned targets.
