We are looking for a Human Resource Director
Human Resources Director (HRD)
The Human Resources Director (HRD) is responsible for leading the overall Human Resources function, developing HR strategies, policies, and organizational systems that support business growth. The HRD oversees recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, training & development, performance management, compliance, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and continuously improve HR systems, policies, SOPs, and organizational structures.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Advise management on HR best practices and people-related strategies.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee recruitment planning and talent acquisition.
- Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Develop employer branding initiatives.
- Improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop salary structures and grading systems.
- Manage payroll policies and employee benefits.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and annual compensation reviews.
- Ensure payroll accuracy in coordination with Finance.
Employee Relations
- Manage employee engagement programs.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate probation evaluations and annual performance reviews.
- Develop KPI and competency frameworks.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Develop onboarding programs.
- Plan employee training and career development initiatives.
- Coordinate leadership and management training.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code and government regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate labor inspections and government audits.
- Oversee employment contracts and HR legal compliance.
Administration Oversight
- Supervise Administration functions including office management, facilities, procurement coordination, company assets, travel, and employee services.
- Ensure efficient administrative operations that support business continuity.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the HR & Administration team.
- Set departmental KPIs and performance objectives.
- Coach and mentor HR staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
- At least 3 years in an HR leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in organizational development, compensation, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
