Modular Craftsman

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in modular cabinet or furniture fabrication and installation.
• At least High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or equivalent technical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and fabrication details.
• Can Operate woodworking and panel processing machines including: Panel Saw, Edge Banding Machine (EBT), Boring Machine, etc., is an advantage.
• Willing to travel nationwide within for project installations.
• Based in Maybunga, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Modular Craftsman is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, installation, and quality execution of modular furniture and cabinetry projects. The role requires technical expertise in operating woodworking and panel processing machinery, interpreting production drawings, and ensuring accurate fabrication and installation of modular systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects nationwide.
• Assemble fabricated modular furniture, cabinets, counters, and related fixtures.
• Perform on-site installation of modular projects in various locations nationwide.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, fitting, and finishing during installation.
• Coordinate with project supervisors, contractors, and site personnel during installations.
• Conduct site adjustments and corrective works when required.
• Conduct site measurements and provide report to Technical Design.
• Perform accurate cutting, edging, boring, and preparation of modular components based on approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Conduct machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance checks before operations.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of laminates, boards, hardware, and fabrication materials.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and minimize material wastage during production.
