About the role
Motel Mexicola, a renowned hospitality brand in Bali, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Event Photographer to join their dynamic team. As a full-time role, this position will be responsible for capturing the vibrant and visually stunning events hosted at our iconic venues across the island. You will play a vital role in showcasing the energy and atmosphere of our events through your exceptional photographic skills.
What you'll be doing
Maintain a strong on-site presence during events, capturing key moments, atmosphere, guests, and details in a natural and engaging way.
Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all photography aligns with brand identity, tone of voice, and visual direction.
Collaborate with marketing, events and social teams to understand content needs and priorities for each shoot.
Deliver a consistent visual style across all venues while adapting to different environments, lighting conditions, and event formats.
Take ownership of the full photography workflow, including shoot preparation, execution, selection, editing, and delivery.
Ensure all assets are delivered on time, properly organised, and aligned with internal cataloguing systems.
Support and guide freelance or junior photographers when required, ensuring consistency in output and approach.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a photographer
Photo/Video shooting and editing ability
Photoshoot planning experience
Proficient in adobe creative suite
Experience with lifestyle and nightlife brands
Fluent in english
