Experience Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Management, Supply Chain Sustainability, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
Proven experience in leading sustainability initiatives within the palm oil, agribusiness, plantation, or related industries.
Hands-on experience in EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) implementation, readiness, or compliance projects is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Sustainability Roadmaps and ESG strategies.
Experience managing sustainability due diligence, supply chain traceability, and risk assessment programs.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external consultants, customers, certification bodies, and government authorities.
Experience with sustainability reporting and ESG performance monitoring is an advantage.
Familiarity with RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, or other sustainability certification schemes is preferred but not mandatory.
