JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform tasks primarily based on instructions from Japanese user, focusing on administrative process improvement activities such as standardizing KPI metrics.
Conduct logistics data analysis primarily using Excel to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate new business projects, including delivery management and vendor management, to ensure successful execution.
Create presentation materials to effectively communicate project updates and proposals.
Lead a small team, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.
Provide bilingual translation between Indonesian and Japanese to assist Japanese person in their daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Able to communicate in Japanese (minimum JLPT N3, N2 preferred)
English (conversational preferred)
Having experience working under Japanese person at a Japanese company in Indonesia is strongly preferred, or work experience in Japan.
Experience in logistics data analysis, administrative process improvement, and project coordination is an advantage.
Experience leading a small team.
