Job Description:
Coordinate daily field operations including loading, unloading, and distribution activities
Monitor and track inventory movements within the warehouse and during transit
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations on-site
Communicate between warehouse staff, drivers, and office management to maintain operational efficiency
Prepare and maintain accurate field reports and documentation related to daily operations
Resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in real-time to minimise delays
Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure optimal condition
Coordinate with logistics teams to optimise routes and delivery schedules
Train and supervise field staff on proper handling procedures and safety protocols
Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules and records
