The Danru Security is responsible for leading and supervising on-site security personnel to ensure daily security operations run effectively and in accordance with company security standards and procedures. This role oversees security team discipline, monitors property safety, handles incident response, and ensures a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors, and employees.
The ideal candidate has experience in security operations, team supervision, and building or property security management, with strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise daily activities of on-site security personnel.
• Ensure implementation of security SOPs, patrol routines, and operational security procedures.
• Monitor access control, visitor management, and property security systems.
• Conduct routine patrols and security inspections across property areas.
• Handle security incidents, escalations, and emergency response coordination.
• Ensure discipline, attendance, scheduling, and performance monitoring of security team members.
• Prepare daily security reports, incident documentation, and operational updates.
• Coordinate with property operations and related departments regarding security matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company security standards.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security operations or security team supervision.
• Experience as Danru Security or team leader in property, hospitality, building, or facility security is preferred.
• Strong understanding of security procedures, emergency response, and incident handling.
• Strong leadership, discipline, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess valid security certification/license as required.
