The International Sales Division Head reports to the Sales Channel Head and is responsible to fully manage and close processes including presentations to Japanese clients, post-contract procedures, collection of required documents, system data entry, and follow-ups with Japanese clients and brokers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Communicate with Japanese clients and brokers in Japanese with high responsiveness.
· Guide clients through post-contract document requirements, collect files, and track progress.
· Follow up on unsubmitted documents and pending actions.
· Input client and contract data into internal systems accurately.
· Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Admin, and Finance.
· Provide progress updates to clients, brokers, and the Japanese team.
· Manage deadlines, tasks, and follow up continuously until procedures are complete.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· Fluent or business-level proficiency in Japanese.
· Able to handle phone calls, emails, and chats in Japanese.
· Able to handle detailed, fast-paced communication with Japanese counterparts.
· Capable of entering data into systems accurately without errors.
· Able to send reminders and follow up with clients/brokers politely but firmly.
· Highly responsible and capable of seeing cases through to completion.
· Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
· Able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
PREFERABLY:
· JLPT N1, N2, or equivalent Japanese proficiency.
· Experience handling Japanese companies or Japanese clients.
· Background in Real Estate or Banking.
· Work experience in Japan.
