Job Summary
The Activation Specialist is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the successful implementation of project activities in the field. The role involves cascading project directives and updates to Supervisors, monitoring activity progress, gathering and consolidating operational data, preparing performance reports, and conducting field visits to ensure proper execution, compliance, and achievement of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Cascade project activities, directives, and updates to Supervisors to ensure proper and timely implementation.
- Monitor the progress and execution of assigned project activities and provide regular status updates.
- Gather, validate, analyze, and consolidate operational data and field reports.
- Prepare and present weekly project, operational, and performance updates to the principal/client.
- Conduct field visits as needed to monitor activity execution and ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
- Coordinate with Supervisors and field teams to address operational concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure that project activities are implemented according to agreed timelines, procedures, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities and field operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned in support of project operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- With background or experience in FMCG merchandising, field activation, promotions, or related activities.
- With experience in project coordination, field operations, or team supervision is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in monitoring project progress and operational performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- With good data gathering, validation, consolidation, and reporting skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willing to conduct field visits and travel as required by the project.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with Supervisors, field teams, and clients.
