Key Responsibilities
- Conduct farm visits and build relationships with farmers and agricultural dealers.
- Organize product demonstrations, field days, and farmer training sessions.
- Promote agricultural products and explain their benefits and proper use.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, crop conditions, and customer needs.
- Support sales teams in achieving territory sales targets.
- Prepare reports on field activities, customer feedback, and product performance.
- Coordinate with agronomists, distributors, and local government agriculture offices when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of crop production and farming practices.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Driver's license and ability to ride a motorcycle are commonly required.
- Experience in agricultural sales or marketing is an advantage, although many employers also consider fresh graduates.
