Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Seafarer Acquisition, Maritime Recruitment, and Project-based hiring
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
