Job Responsibilities
Core focus on the Indonesian market, leveraging signal provider/trading mentor resources to drive user growth and trading volume. Specific duties include:
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with high-quality signal providers (trading mentors, KOLs) in Indonesia and Southeast Asia; build a robust partner network; handle negotiation, proposal design, and execution to ensure long-term, stable cooperation.
Collaborate with signal providers on promotional activities; conduct local market research and competitor analysis; coordinate internal resources to boost user registration and trading conversion, and enhance overall market activity.
Key Requirements
Mandatory: Proven access to established signal provider resources in Indonesia.
Experience: 1–3 years of Web3-related sales experience, with a solid understanding of industry practices and regulations.
Strong negotiation, resource integration, and data analysis skills; ability to independently execute partnership deals; prior success cases are a plus.
