Job Summary
The Reservations & Operations Staff will be responsible for managing tour bookings, coordinating itineraries, and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth, high-quality travel experiences for clients. This role requires close coordination with hotels, transportation providers, tour guides, and local partners, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage tour bookings and reservations accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare, update, and monitor client itineraries from confirmation through completion of trips
Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure all logistics run smoothly
Liaise with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other local partners to confirm arrangements and resolve issues
Monitor ongoing trips and respond promptly to any operational issues or client concerns
Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the client's travel experience
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and partner communications
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major; background in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration is an advantage
Prior experience in travel operations, reservations, or tour coordination is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using booking/reservation systems
A team player with a proactive, service-oriented attitude
