  • Pendidikan S1 Kimia / Teknik Kimia / bidang yang relevan

  • Pengalaman min. 2-3 tahun di bidang yang sama

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

  • Mengembangkan, mengoptimasi & memodifikasi formula Water Based Adhesive, termasuk evaluasi bahan baku, scale-up, dan troubleshooting produksi

  • Memastikan kelancaran proses validasi produk, pelaksanaan trial scale-up dan produksi, support penyiapan data teknis

  • Mendokumentasikan aktivitas R&D & melakukan coaching kepada R&D Engineer Junior
