An opportunity has become available in our team for an enthusiastic and motivated Bookkeeper. In this role, you will support Australian clients across various industries, performing a range of bookkeeping and accounting support functions while working closely with our Sydney-based team to deliver high-quality service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process (recording to the general ledger).
Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in the journal, supplier ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
Continue the recording process from the general ledger to the trial balance.
Perform bank reconciliations, if necessary, to create more accurate reports.
Payroll/timesheet processing & Adhoc requests
Knowledge in accounting software e.g. MYOB, XERO, etc will be an advantage.
Qualification:
Female/Male
Minimum education: Diploma 3
Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field
Must be fluent in English (as you will be handling clients from an Australian company)
Honest and disciplined
Satisfied with consistency and structure in their work schedule
Prioritisation skills
Placement: Jakarta (Central Park)
