Job Description
Analyze end-to-end Health Insurance business processes to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency through digitalization, automation, and other process improvement initiatives.
Analyze operational data and business performance to identify root causes and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Design, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of business improvement projects to enhance productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Develop, evaluate, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and other supporting business process documents in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and improvement outcomes.
Develop and monitor operational and Health Business performance dashboards to provide accurate information and support management decision-making.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Additional education or professional certifications in Process Improvement, Project Management, Data Analytics, or A3IK will be an advantage.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business process analysis, project development, or process improvement within the health insurance industry or a related field.
