As an Accounting Specialist, you will manage end-to-end accounting processes, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting across multiple business entities while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Job Description:
Prepare, review, and control daily journal entries while managing General Ledger (GL) and Sub-Ledger to ensure accurate financial records and proper account mapping.
Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash inflow/outflow, and maintain Balance Sheet reconciliation across multiple business entities.
Prepare adjusting journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other period-end adjustments.
Support weekly, monthly, and annual financial closing processes while preparing accurate financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet reports.
Manage and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), inventory, fixed assets, and supporting financial documentation.
Support internal and external audits, taxation requirements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company financial policies.
Monitor financial data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and maintain complete supporting documentation across accounting processes.
Drive accounting process improvements through digitalization, automation, and system optimization to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in handling end-to-end accounting processes.
Experience in handling accounting processes across multiple business entities will be a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, General Ledger, account reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation (P&L and Balance Sheet).
Experienced in journal entries, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), inventory accounting, fixed asset management, cash transactions, and financial documentation.
Good understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh & PPN), accounting compliance, and audit support processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, and other advanced formulas) and familiar with ERP or accounting systems such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
