Job Description:

Job Duck is seeking a professional and client-focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will help create a positive client experience by handling inquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring important information is captured accurately and efficiently. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities will directly contribute to the success of the legal team and the clients they serve. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining attention to detail.Compensation Range: 1142 USD to 1220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients when needed
  • Manage calendars and coordinate appointments
  • Schedule consultations and meetings for the legal team
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria
  • Conduct client intake and gather relevant information accurately
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing clients
  • Support administrative and client communication tasks as assigned
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the intake process
  • Maintain accurate client records and updates within company systems
  • Send questionnaires and intake forms to clients

Requirements:

• Remote position

• Timezone: EST

• Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST

• Previous intake, customer service, client support, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required
• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
