Overview:
We are hiring a remote Phone Receptionist / Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to help manage customer calls, book appointments, and follow up with leads via phones, messages, and emails.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and quickly.
- Create a warm, personal, and trustworthy first impression for every customer.
- Help customers feel comfortable coming in to sell their luxury handbags, jewelry, gold, diamonds, or watches.
Answer questions on business processes and sell on "Why Us"
- Explain the basic process of our business
- Book customer appointments with the appropriate team or office.
Process returns for our online store
Call back missed calls and inbound leads.
Follow up with customers who missed or canceled appointments.
- Support basic outbound customer follow-up, including appointment reminders and loan payment reminders when needed.
- Communicate with the internal team to make sure customers are handled properly.

Qualifications:
- ?Strong phone communication skills.
Experience using modern AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day.
- Comfortable with sales conversations and customer follow-up.
- Comfortable using basic online tools, phone software, email, messaging platforms, included by not limited to Instagram, GMAIL, Shopify.
- Able to take feedback and improve quickly.
