We are hiring for Inpatient Medical Coder, Blended (Voice & Non-Voice Support) in BGC, Taguig city.
This is both an onsite/Temporary work from home following a flexible mid shift.
Salary is up to 90k with package, depending on experience (open for negotiation).
Requirements:
- Must have PHRN/Medical Allied
- Must have CCS,CIC
- At least 1 year Inpatient medical coding experience in clinical/BPO/CPO set-up.
- Willing to work on flexible shifting work schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient records
- Determine correct codes for patient records using ICD and CPT systems
- Ensure codes are accurate for reimbursement from insurance companies and government agencies
- Work with physicians and healthcare team to clarify any data inconsistencies or discrepancies
- Check charts for completeness and accuracy
- Stay current with coding guidelines and reimbursement reporting requirements
- Provide quality assurance and routinely audit records
- Resolve any patient complaints regarding coding
