CAPP industries int'l inc., an authorized distributor of Jotun Paints, is looking for a passionate, results driven Sales Account Representative to help grow our business and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Jotun paint and coating solutions to new and existing customers.
- Develop new accounts and identify business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and conduct product presentations.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular client visits and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Submit sales reports, forecasts and market updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2years of experience, preferably in paints, construction materials, industrial products or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Professional, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
- Willing to travel and conduct field work.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage.
