REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in entertainment, attractions, hospitality, or large-scale venue environments.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex operational projects from pre-opening to steady-state operations.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into executable operational plans.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and venues simultaneously with agility and precision.
- Deep understanding of SOP development, guest experience design, safety protocols, and service delivery standard
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement operational plans, SOPs, and readiness checklists for each project and venue.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all infrastructure, systems, and staffing are fully prepared prior to launch.
- Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth guest experiences, efficient crowd management and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with HR team to recruit, develop, and and lead effective operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, including incident response, safety drills, and risk mitigation.
- Act as the primary liaison between ARENA and partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and operational standards.
- Oversee staff performance through daily briefings and reporting, analyze operational data and guest feedback to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
