REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in  Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement operational plans, SOPs, and readiness checklists for each project and venue.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all infrastructure, systems, and staffing are fully prepared prior to launch.
  • Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth guest experiences, efficient crowd management and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR team to recruit, develop, and and lead effective operational teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, including incident response, safety drills, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between ARENA and partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and operational standards.
  • Oversee staff performance through daily briefings and reporting, analyze operational data and guest feedback to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
