Job Responsibilities
Create engaging short-form video scripts and publish content on the company's official and marketing social media accounts.
Write compelling captions and optimize content using relevant hashtags and SEO keywords to maximize organic reach and traffic.
Respond to comments and direct messages on a daily basis, and actively engage with followers using TikTok Stitch and Duet features.
Analyze video performance on a weekly basis, including conversions, views, engagement, and follower growth. Identify the factors that contribute to viral content, extract key insights, and apply those findings to create future high-performing videos.
Collaborate with the Operations and Livestream teams to produce video content that supports business objectives and campaign requirements
Job Requirements
Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
Video Editing: Proficient in using video editing software such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro to create high-quality video content independently.
AI Tools: Familiar with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., AI text-to-video, AI subtitle generation, and AI voice tools) to improve productivity and content quality.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience creating short-form video content for TikTok and/or Instagram. Experience in the Home & Living industry or with Home & Living products is a strong advantage.

? Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
