We are looking for a Project Portfolio Specialist to support the governance and management of the IT project portfolio. This role is responsible for monitoring project performance and portfolio health, maintaining accurate project documentation, implementing PMO processes and policies, tracking project deliverables and ticketing, and preparing reports to support management decision-making. The role also ensures project alignment with organizational goals and supports process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the IT project portfolio and project documentation.
- Monitor project performance, portfolio metrics, and ticketing activities.
- Develop, implement, and enforce PMO processes, standards, and policies.
- Prepare portfolio reports and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives and PMO requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or a similar PMO role.
- Knowledge of project portfolio management, process improvement, and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
