This is a Work from home set up for the mean time untll our physical office is already established.
Full Job Description.
?Source for clients who are interested to franchise the Black Tiger Cafe business anywhere in the country.
?Conduct business presentation.
?Help the franchisee to look or acquire perfect and strategic location for their Black Tiger Cafe branch.
?Coordinate with the franchisor for the schedule of food tasting, contract signing, and payment.
?Assist the franchisee and franchisor during the branch opening.
?Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance report.
Salary.
During work from home setup, you are entitled an allowance of 5,000 pesos monthly, plus 20% commission from every sale you deliver.
You are Also given transportation and food allowance during client meetings and presentation.
Once moved to the physical office either in Valenzuela or Makati, you are entitled for a basic salary of 18,000 plus 2,000 transportation and meal allowance, total of 20,000 package.
Commission: once already have a basic salary, commission will go down to 5% per sale per successful transaction.

With Sales experience
Willing to do field work
Excellent in customer service and communication skills.
Hard working and honest.
God fearing.
What you do?
Offer The Black Tiger Cafe Franchising business to prospect franchisees, Negotiate and present business model to clients, attend meetings and trainings with the franchisor, provide excellent customer service and after sales support.
