Job Summary
The Head of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading the overall F&B business strategy, ensuring operational excellence, product innovation, financial performance, food safety compliance, and exceptional customer experience across all F&B outlets. This role collaborates closely with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Finance to drive sustainable business growth and profitability
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the overall F&B business strategy aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer preferences to strengthen the F&B business.
Drive innovation in menu development and seasonal product launches.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across all stores and outlets.
Establish and continuously improve SOPs, operational standards, and service excellence.
Ensure consistency in food quality, beverage preparation, presentation, and customer experience.
Monitor store performance and implement operational improvement initiatives.
Financial & Business Performance
Own and manage the F&B P&L.
Develop annual budgets, sales forecasts, and cost control strategies.
Analyze sales, food cost, labor cost, and profitability.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining target profit margins.
Product Development
Lead menu engineering and product lifecycle management.
Collaborate with Marketing on promotional campaigns and product launches.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.
Supply Chain & Inventory
Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure product availability.
Optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
Ensure vendor quality, pricing competitiveness, and supply continuity.
Food Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Maintain HACCP and food handling standards where applicable.
Conduct regular operational audits.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the F&B Operations team.
Build succession plans and talent development programs.
Establish KPIs and conduct performance reviews
JQualification :
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role ( Manager, Head) experience in the F&B industry.
Experience managing multi-unit restaurant, café, or retail F&B operations.
Experience in retail companies with integrated café/F&B concepts is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of restaurant and café operations.
P&L management and budgeting.
Food cost, labor cost, and inventory management.
Menu engineering and product development.
Food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, hygiene standards).
Business analytics and KPI management.
SOP development and process improvement.
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
