About the Role
We’re inviting you to be part of our Health Insurance Campaign, where you’ll assist members with inquiries on preventive care programs, wellness initiatives, care coordination services, chronic disease management, and integrated health management programs. As a CSR, you’ll help members understand and access services designed to keep them healthy and supported.
Qualifications
- High school graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite at Ortigas Center
- Amenable to night shifts and flexible schedules
- Preferably with healthcare account experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Compensation Package
- ?20,000 base salary — stable monthly income.
