Job Description
- Conduct inspections and prepare inspection reports, audit reports and reports on K3 & quality ISO 9001:2015 activities and assist in the implementation of company K3 & ISO programs and activities.
- Supervision of company technical standards and certification (ISO, CSMS, etc).
- Assist superiors (MR) as a control document in the process of the ISO 9001: 2015 program.
- Assist superiors in setting quality ISO 9001:2015 and K3 audit schedules to ensure the audit is carried out according to the program of activities.
- Responsible for programs and activities, Occupational Safety & Health (K3) in the company.
- Controlling policy documents according to company certification clauses.
- Propose programs related to Certification competence (ISO, CSMS, etc) & K3.
Requirements :
- Maximum age 30 years old.
- Graduate from University/Polytechnic Mechanical or Industrial.
- Minimum 2 years experience as QHSE in Industrial Company.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE and ISO 9001:2015, CSMS, & K3 Certification.
- Understand and be able to carry out Safety, Health, and environmental programs and regulations.
- Mastering ISO 9001:2015, Document Control, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Preferable Holding Ahli K3 Certificate.
- Good attitude and team works.
- Mastering English Writing and communication.
- Fluent in Computer Literature : Ms office, outlook e-mail, and internet literate.
- Willing to be located at Tigaraksa (Kawasan Millenium Estate) Kab. Tangerang.
