TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) - Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement TPM strategies and programs to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.

• Lead TPM pillar deployment and Continuous Improvement iniatiatives across manufacturing operations.

• Drive OEE improvement through loss elimination, downtime reduction, and process optimization activities.

• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation for operational issues.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams to improve plant performance.

• Monitor TPM and Operational Excellence KPI's and provide regular performance reports to management.

• Lead TPM training, coaching, and capability development programs for employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in similar position or related role, with at least 3 years of experience in managerial or leadership role.

• Adequate written and verbal communication skills (both Indonesia and English)

• Good knowledge about automotive industry is a plus.

• Able to analyze failures and implement effective corrective solutions.

• Proven experience in driving OEE improvement, downtime reduction, and productivity enhancement projects.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze failures and implement effective corrective solutions.

• Ability to work as a team member with strong time management and record keeping skills.

• Ability to develop work schedules and coordinate projects/assignments to meet deadlines.

• Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.

• Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
