Responsibilities
Take full ownership of online sales target achievement across all marketplace channels.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.
Plan, propose, and execute campaigns/events through Seller Center in alignment with the marketplace promotional calendar.
Manage product uploads, listing updates, and periodic stock synchronization through the omnichannel system.
Maintain active coordination with Marketplace Relationship Managers (RM) regarding promotions, latest updates, and applicable platform regulations.
Build regular coordination with other divisions to ensure smooth online sales operations and fulfillment processes.
Prepare and update daily target breakdown reports for each marketplace channel.
Lead weekly sales meetings with the team and prepare monthly sales performance reports for management review.
Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and product sales data to support strategic business decisions.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, especially in marketplace management.
Strong understanding of marketplace features, systems, and promotional tools, with strong expertise in TikTok Shop.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including basic to intermediate formulas for reporting and sales analysis.
Strong analytical, coordination, and execution skills with a target-driven mindset
