Job Responsibilities
Oversee the operation, maintenance, deployment, and upgrades of overseas software platforms and on-site servers, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations.
Manage containerized infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration. Build and maintain automation tools (such as Jenkins) to streamline continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
Establish and manage overseas R&D environments and release processes, including software configuration management, issue tracking systems, and documentation.
Proactively monitor and ensure overall service quality, system performance, and platform stability.
Lead compliance initiatives, manage technical audits, and design robust, localized high-availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
Job Requirements
8+ years of dedicated DevOps or systems engineering experience.
Strong English reading and writing skills for daily collaboration.
Proficient in the configuration of physical servers and storage devices, alongside deep expertise in VMware and KVM virtualization technologies.
Proven proficiency in designing and implementing comprehensive disaster recovery and backup solutions.
Familiar with setting up and managing software configuration tools, issue tracking systems, and centralized knowledge bases.
Hands-on experience building, scaling, and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD environments.
Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes container management technologies.
Excellent team communication, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination skills.
