Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melakukan riset trend pasar, kebutuhan konsumen, dan kompetitor terkait produk personal care.

  • Memimpin proses pengembangan produk dengan bekerjasama dengan tim R&D, Marketing, Deisgn, dan Produksi untuk memastikan pengembangan produk berjalan sesuai timeline

  • Menyusun brief produk untuk tim internal dan eksternal dalam proses pengembangan produk

  • Melakukan evaluasi performa produk

  • Memastikan produk yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan regulasi dan standar kualitas yang berlaku

Kualifikasi:

  • Sarjana Kimia/Farmasi/Biologi

  • Memiliki pengalaman 1 - 2 thn kerja, dlm pengembangan produk di perusahaan kosmetik/personal care

  • Mengetahui trend pasar untuk produk kosmetik/personal care

  • Teliti dan komunikatif

  • Memahami pengetahuan dasar mengenai CPKB, aturan BPOM dan Halal
