- Provides centralized HR services on government mandated benefits such as SSS, EC, Philhealth, and PagIBIG.
- Ensures timely facilitation and processing of employee's application for government loans and all other government-mandated benefits.
- Coordinates with payroll on remittances/reimbursements from different government offices.
- Establish standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of HR programs relating to government-mandated benefits and local benefits programs.
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or similar field.
- Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Knowledgeable in compliance with different government offices.
- Can administer payroll and benefits.
- With high degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
