Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil atau yang relevan
- Memiliki Sertifikasi Keahlian (SKA / SKK Ahli Muda atau Ahli Madya) yang masih berlaku
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di industri konstruksi infrastruktur pada posisi manajerial teknis (Senior Engineer / Engineer Manager / Lead Port Engineer) proyek pembangunan pelabuhan
- Memahami dengan baik mekanika tanah pantai, perbaikan tanah (soil improvement seperti PVD, Pre-loading, atau deep cementt mixing) serta mitigasi penurunan tanah (sttlement analysis)
- Mampu menyusun dokumen teknis (Techical Justification), metode kerja (Method Steatement), serta perhitungan volume (Bill of Quantities / BQ)
- Kemampuan koordinasi yang kuat dengan pemilik proyek (Owner), konsultan pengawas , sub-kontraktor, serta orotitas pelabuhan setempat
- Mampu berhasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
