Job Descriptions:
Lead and manage all short-, medium-, and long-term mine planning activities to ensure alignment with the company's production targets.
Develop mine designs, pit sequences, waste dump designs, haul roads, disposal areas, and optimal mining strategies.
Evaluate mining progress and provide recommendations for improvements based on actual field conditions.
Ensure that mine plans comply with safety standards, productivity targets, operational cost objectives, and applicable regulations.
Coordinate with the Operations, Survey, Geology, Plant, HSE, and Engineering Departments to ensure the effective implementation of mine plans.
Analyze equipment productivity, production target achievement, and mine reconciliation to support operational performance.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management to facilitate operational decision-making.
Develop the competencies of the Mine Planning team through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations.
Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Mining Practice (GMP), and continuous improvement principles.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the coal mining industry, including at least 3 years in a Mine Planning Supervisor or Mine Planning Section Head position within a mining contractor or mine owner company.
Strong understanding of short-, medium-, and long-term mine planning processes.
Proficient in Minescape, Minex, Surpac, or other equivalent mine planning software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Solid understanding of fleet productivity, equipment matching, pit optimization, mine scheduling, and mine reconciliation.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Possess a valid POP (First-Line Operational Supervisor) certification.
Willing to be assigned to any project of PT Mitra Muda Makmur (Mitrabara Group) under a roster work schedule.
