Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree any major
3-5 year of experience in CCTV monitoring, store operations or SOP supervision in retail industry
Good leadership with experience handling team
Good understanding of CCTV systems and light troubleshooting
Able to communicate and negotiate with external vendors
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and have strong observation skills
Able to prepare written reports neatly and accurately
Proficiency in English or Mandarin for business communication is a plus
Job Description:
Monitor store operational activities regularly through the CCTV system to ensure all employees follow applicable SOPs
Record and report SOP violations found through CCTV monitoring to the relevant supervisor
Manage CCTV recording documentation for evaluation, reporting, or internal investigation purposes
Conduct regular checks on CCTV equipment conditions (cameras, DVR, network, etc.)
Responsible for sourcing and coordinating with CCTV repair vendors, including requesting price quotations, scheduling services, and evaluating work quality
Collaborate with the store operations and security teams to improve efficiency and SOP compliance
Prepare routine reports related to monitoring results and CCTV system status
