We are an international hospitality and technology company operating premium villas and guest services in Bali with strong connections to Switzerland and Europe.
To support our growing operations, we are looking for a Guest Relations Specialist who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
• Handle written and phone communication with guests before, during, and after their stay
• Support guests from Indonesia, Switzerland, Germany, and international markets worldwide
• Manage inquiries, bookings, changes, and guest concerns professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, housekeeping, maintenance, management)
• Ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience at all times
Requirements
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and German (mandatory)
• Additional languages are a strong advantage
• Must have full working rights or valid work permit in Indonesia
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, property management, or customer support is preferred
• Comfortable using digital tools and communication platforms
